职位描述
主要工作内容：
1）执行上级下达的设备维修计划，保证设备在生产运行处于良好工作状态；
2）组织日常设备点检、维护，确保设备的完好率、运行状况及安全，及时发现隐患并及时排除 ；
3）负责工厂电力系统、照明系统、供气系统、供水系统的运行管理维护保养和故障检修；
4）负责工厂内二次装修的申批、监管（如果有）；
5）负责对办公室室内设施、设备提供维修服务；
6）负责工厂安全、消防、环境（EHS），并作为工厂第yi责任人处理相关事宜；
7）负责维修部员工培训、任务安排，不断优化提升团队技能。
Equipment Maintenance Department Manager
Main work content:
1) Implement the equipment maintenance plan issued by the superior to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition during production and operation;
2) Organize daily equipment inspection and maintenance to ensure the intact rate, operating status and safety of the equipment, and discover hidden dangers in time and eliminate them in time;
3) Responsible for the operation, management, maintenance and troubleshooting of the factory's power system, lighting system, gas supply system, and water supply system;
4) Responsible for the approval and supervision of the decoration in the factory (if any);
5) Responsible for providing maintenance services for office indoors facilities and equipment;
6) Responsible for factory safety, Occupational safety , and environment (EHS), and handle related matters as “the contact window” behalf of the Company;
7) Responsible for staff training and task arrangement of the maintenance department, and continuously optimize and improve team skills.
任职要求
１） ８＋工厂相关工作经验；
２） 专科以上学历，机电专业和电气自动化专业优先；
３） 英语听说良好、有团队管理经验；
４） 具有较强的逻辑思维能力、综合分析能力、沟通协调能力和主动性。
Qualifications:
1)   8 + factory related work experience;
2)  College degree or above, major in electromagnetically and electrical automation is preferred;
3)  Good English listening and speaking, and team management experience;
4)   Have strong logical thinking ability, comprehensive analysis ability, communication and coordination ability and initiative.
