Project Engineer 项目工程师
岗位职责
1.Lead a team to develop new projects.
领导一个团队来开发新的国内或国外项目。
2.Provide project management and support for new products, from design inception to production.
为新产品提供项目管理和支持，从设计到生产。
3.Manage project timelines & milestones, work with internal R&D team, suppliers, and US colleagues/customers on project development.
管理项目时间表，与内部研发团队，供应商，和美国同事/客户一起进行项目开发。
4.Lead the efforts on product development through working with cross function team, act as the driven force.
作为通主要推动力量，与跨职能团队的合作来领导产品开发的工作。
5.Support and lead optimization projects, mainly for process optimization (Output, productivity, quality, methods).
支持和领导优化项目，主要用于流程优化(输出、生产率、质量、方法)。
6.Take business trips to visit factories, fairs and exhibitions as required.
根据需要出差去参观工厂、展览会和展览。

7.Broad project management experience, Broad understanding of operations related processes.广泛的项目管理经验，对操作相关流程有广泛的理解。
8.Familiar with plastic injection molding, sheet metal design / tooling.熟悉注塑成型、钣金加工、模具制造。
9.Fluent in written, spoken & listening English, excellent skills of communication and coordination.
良好的英语听说读写能力，良好的沟通协调能力。（国内项目工程师的外语口语能力不作要求，能进行一定的英文读写即可）
10.Software skill required, such as MS Office, Project, AutoCAD.需要的软件技能，如MS Office，项目，AutoCAD。
11.Team player, detail-oriented, well-organized, result-driven, responsible, good trouble shooting skills.
团队合作伙伴，注重细节，组织良好，结果导向负责，有良好的解决问题的能力。
12.Hard working, able to work under pressure, positive, determined and Self-motivation.
努力工作，能在压力下工作，积极，有决心，有自我激励。
13.Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, with initiative and mature character. 
本科或以上学历，工程专业，具有主动和成熟的性格。
