工作职责
1, Monitoring the implementation of QMS projects;监督质理管理体系项目的实施
2, Answer customer questionnaires and reviews customer and std. rqmts., and incorporate into system回答客户的问卷调查和评审客户和标准的要求, 并整合到公司的体系
3,Conducts internal audits and write audit report, assist MR in external audit & BCP, annual CSR implementtaion program; business-partner survey.;
实施内部审核和撰写审核报告, 协助管理代表进行外部审核和商业持续管理,年度的公司社会责任实施项目,和商业伙伴调查报告
4,Generates and conducts mgt. system trainings related to QMS, BCP, CSR, EICC,CMRT, GHG and others.建立和举办有关QMS, BCP, CSR, EICC, CMRT, GHG和其它的管理体系培训
5, Source out new mgt. stds., compile customer requirements , review it and generates/updates procedures and coordinates with different
departments. 寻找新的管理标准,满足客户的要求,并和不同的部门协调评审要求并建立/更新程序文件
6, Conducts supplier/service provider audits and other tasks.进行供应商/服务提供商审核和其他指派工作.

任职要求
1. Familiar with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/OHSA18001/SA8000/EICC/ Conflict Minerals SER, GHG and other green product rqmts.(RoHS/Halogen-Free/REACH, etc.) 
熟悉ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/OHSA18001/SA8000/EICC/冲突矿物,社会环境责任,温室气体,和其它绿色产品(RoHS/Halogen-Free/REACH)等管理体系要求,

2. Experienced in the manufacturing companies and ability to set up management systems
有在制造工厂工作的经验和有能力建立管理体系
3. Can deal with different level of people as well as to the external parties such as 3rd party auditors/customers/suppliers /
能很好地应付不同层面的外部人员,如第三方审核员/客户/供应商
4, Good in communicating with all levels of employees and can speak and write well in English.
能够与不同层面的员工进行良好的交流，英语读写流利。
5, Proficient understanding of electronic manufacturing terminology and with high sense of responsibility & can work independently andwilling to extend working hours if necessary.

6, Can conduct management system internal auditing and have supplier audit experience

7, Fast learner and can handle multiple assigned tasks.
